HealthForm is the Community Health Lottery for Greater Manchester
So far, money raised by HealthForm has meant funding of £243,260 for health related good causes in your area, with more to come.
Local organisations who have benefitted from monies raised by HealthForm include Survivors Manchester, Mencap and Children’s Food Trust.
HealthForm’s first Health Lottery draw was held in November 2011. One of the great things about our Community Health Lottery is the speed with which the money gets directly to where it’s needed.
The CICs were established and are conducted to tackle health inequalities in their local areas.
HealthForm is your Community Health Lottery, and we want to hear from our community at large, and smaller groups within the community, as to where you would like the money to go.
We’ve made the following grants to both local projects across our area and well-known charities that work locally, these grants include:-
Warm Hut UK: £5,868
Friendship Healthcare Women's Association: £5,000
St Luke's Treatment Room: £9,985
